How Will We Use the Results of the Community Assemblies?

The participants themselves came up with the most memorable slogan at the end of the weekend: “Community Wins!”

What Happens to the Proposals Now?

The 15 developed plans represent tremendous value for the municipality. Every proposal package has been formally submitted to the district’s policy and urban development planners. These plans will serve as direct guidance for shaping future municipal budgets and investment decisions.

Residents Also Contribute to Implementation

We are especially pleased that many of the proposals rely on voluntary community involvement (for example, through tree adoption initiatives or park maintenance programs). As a result, the values created through these projects will continue to be protected and maintained collectively by local residents.

Methodological Improvements for the Future

We learn from every experience. Based on participant feedback, the InnoK team is already working to make future assemblies even more effective and engaging. Our plans include shorter expert presentations, more restorative breaks, and placing municipal engineers directly at the planning tables so that residents can receive immediate answers about the technical feasibility of their ideas.
