Talking about the future always involves a certain level of risk. It is easy to formulate broad objectives, list fashionable concepts, or make promises that sound convincing but require little real commitment. For InnoK, 2026 is not about this kind of thinking. It is neither a restart nor a change of direction, but a deliberate focus on what recent experience has genuinely made necessary.

At the centre of InnoK Tudásmenedzsment Intézet’s work in 2026 remains knowledge – but not as an isolated asset. Not as data, nor as individual expertise detached from context, but as a connected, shared and actionable resource. The emphasis is not on generating more information, but on making existing knowledge interpretable and usable at community level.

One of the most important priorities for the coming year is the conscious strengthening of community-based learning. InnoK operates on the assumption that complex social and organisational challenges cannot be addressed through individual solutions. What is needed are spaces and processes where different perspectives can meet, where questions are encouraged, and where learning is not a by-product, but the core objective. In 2026, this approach is no longer experimental; it is a guiding principle.

Equally important is the consistent representation of systems thinking. InnoK does not seek quick answers to isolated problems, but examines interconnections. The focus lies on how institutions, communities, decisions and consequences relate to one another. This perspective may be slower, but it provides a far more stable foundation in the long term than ad hoc interventions.

In 2026, InnoK’s catalytic role will also become more pronounced. Not as an executor or controller, but as a connector between ideas, people and initiatives. The goal is not for every answer to originate within the Institute, but for the connections to emerge from which sustainable solutions can develop.

InnoK’s focus, therefore, is not limited to a single project or topic. It is built around an operating logic: knowledge, community and responsible thinking. The year 2026 will be about consciously strengthening this logic. Not a loud year, but one that holds its direction.
